Find How Hackers Deface Our Website

I am Adam from Eliot's Peom Contest, It is a contest for Poets from all over the world.

Once we started running the website, It's been defaced with in minutes. we have not added any security precautions for our website.

Although we have very minimal pages in our website and the active page is the "submit page". I don't know how hackers found a vulnerability in the website.

Can you find how hackers upload deface pages in our website again and again.

Help us to get rid of this issue asap.
